March 08, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS::ITSM Module 6 Patch Level 17.
Please note, that from now on we will only officially support versions OTRS 5 and OTRS 6 and following versions.
- Bug# 13933 – CMDB API is always expecting CIXMLData in API Requests.
- Bug# 14382 – Calculation of Incident State does not respect Link Types in sysconfig.
- Bug# 14295 – Incident states type are not translated in any screen.
- Bug# 13296 – Workorder history always opens a new browser window.
- Bug# 14387 – Performance problem with Import function from CSV.
These browsers are not supported:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer before version 10
- Firefox before version 10
- Safari before version 5
