September 23, 2014 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the release of the first beta version of iPhoneHandle 4.


What’s New

  • Added new version schema to match OTRS framework.
  • Added missing iPhone::Frontend::AgentTicketMove###Body setting.
  • Added setting to define a default subject in “Move to Queue” screen.
  • Added missing iPhone::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###Body setting.

Bug Fixes

  • Bug#10666 – “iPhone::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###Body” has no effect on iphone side.

Important for Upgrading

  • From a previous version of OTRS 4:
    • Make sure you run bin/ after the upgrade so that the configuration is refreshed. Otherwise the system may not work.
  • From OTRS 3.3.x: Please consult our admin manual for detailed instructions.
