Please note, that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 4, OTRS 5 and following versions.
- Updated framework files to OTRS 5.0.17.
- Updated translations, thanks to all translators.
- Removed hard coded ‘#’ as ticket hook, in favor of settings: Ticket::Hook and Ticket::HookDivider, thanks to Balázs Úr.
