Vulnerability Description

 

This advisory covers vulnerabilities discovered in the OTRS framework.

 

Information Disclosure

 

  • An attacker could trick an authenticated agent or customer into opening a malicious attachment which could lead to the execution of JavaScript in OTRS context.

 

Affected by this vulnerability are all releases of OTRS:

  • OTRS 3.3.x up to and including 3.3.15
  • OTRS 4.0.x up to and including 4.0.18
  • OTRS 5.0.x up to and including 5.0.13

This vulnerability is fixed in the latest versions of OTRS, and it is recommended to upgrade to one of these.
