November 12, 2013 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first stable release of the FAQ module 2.3.1.


What’s new

  • Reverted workaround to overwrite a framework SysConfig setting as the issue is already fixed in the framework.
  • Updated Simplified Chinese translation thanks to Michael Shi.
